1. Shipping Confirmation
   You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your pet is cleared for transport. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and your phone remains reachable.

2. Delivery Scheduling
   All live animal deliveries are pre-scheduled based on weather conditions, veterinary clearance, and safe travel windows. Our logistics team will contact you to confirm the exact date and time.

3. Be Available at Delivery
   It is mandatory that someone is present at the agreed delivery location and time to receive the pet. Missed deliveries may void the Live Arrival Guarantee.

4. Environment Preparation
   Please ensure the receiving environment is calm, temperature-appropriate, and safe for the animal. Prepare food, water, and an enclosed resting space in advance.

5. Check and Confirm Condition
   Inspect your pet immediately upon arrival. If you notice any concerns (e.g. distress, injury, abnormal behavior), take photos or videos and contact our support team within 4 hours.

6. Post-Arrival Support
   You’ll receive a care guide with feeding, bonding, and health recommendations. Our support team is available for guidance after delivery.
