To use our website or place an order, you must:

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

  • Agree to comply with local, state, and federal laws concerning the ownership of exotic animals in your jurisdiction.

2. Animal Availability and Product Descriptions

All animals listed on our website are subject to availability. While we strive to provide accurate images and descriptions, variations in color, size, and temperament may occur.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders at any time.

  • Substitute a similar animal of equal value if the original selection is unavailable (with your prior consent).

  • Limit or discontinue any offering without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Prices do not include:

  • Shipping fees

  • Health certificates

  • Permit or licensing fees (if applicable)

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure payment gateway. We do not accept checks or cash on delivery.

4. Order Confirmation and Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Processing and preparation may take 1–5 business days, depending on the species and health certification process.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, and delivery information. Breeders Group is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We use climate-controlled and welfare-compliant carriers to ship live animals. Shipping dates are scheduled based on:

  • Weather conditions

  • Animal health checks

  • Legal transit approvals

You must be available at the agreed delivery time. Failure to receive the animal may void the Live Arrival Guarantee.

6. Live Arrival Guarantee

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for animals shipped through approved methods. If your pet arrives deceased or in distress, you must:

  • Notify us within 4 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos or video evidence

  • Submit a report from a licensed veterinarian (if required)

Replacements or partial refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of live animals, all sales are final.
Returns are only accepted if:

  • The wrong animal was shipped

  • The animal has a pre-existing condition not disclosed before delivery

Refunds and replacements are subject to the terms in our Refund and Return Policy.

8. Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

  • The animal you purchase is legal in your state or country

  • You have the required permits or licenses

  • You comply with all wildlife and exotic pet regulations

Breeders Group is not liable for any legal issues or penalties arising from unauthorized possession of animals.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for illegal purposes

  • Impersonate others or provide false information

  • Post or transmit any harmful or offensive content

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our platform

Breeders Group reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Breeders Group is not liable for:

  • Injuries, allergies, or illnesses sustained after delivery

  • Behavior or temperament of animals once delivered

  • Loss or damage due to misuse, neglect, or environmental factors

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the animal.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our site—including logos, photos, text, and videos—is the exclusive property of Breeders Group and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute content without our written consent.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
