We understand that purchasing an exotic or companion animal is a significant and emotional investment, and we are committed to providing you with a smooth, transparent, and secure experience from start to finish.

This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be issued.


🔒 Health Guarantee & Animal Condition

All animals sold by Breeders Group are:

  • Vet-checked and certified healthy at the time of sale.
  • Vaccinated, dewormed, and accompanied by health documentation.
  • Carefully examined before shipping to ensure they are fit for travel and integration into a new home.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for all animals delivered through our approved transport channels. If an animal arrives deceased or in a critical condition due to transportation error or verified illness, we will provide one of the following:

  • A replacement of the same breed/species, subject to availability.
  • Or a full or partial refund, depending on the situation and supporting evidence.

Important: You must notify us within 4 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof of the animal’s condition.


📦 Returns Policy

Due to the nature of live animals, returns are generally not accepted unless under the conditions below:

We may consider a return or exchange if:

  • The wrong animal was delivered (e.g., wrong breed or gender).
  • The animal has a serious, undisclosed health issue diagnosed within 48 hours of arrival.
  • The animal was injured in transit through a verifiable shipping mishap.

Note: You must contact our support team immediately and provide a licensed veterinarian’s report within 48 hours.


💰 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued under the following verified circumstances:

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival) with supporting evidence.
  • A major health condition confirmed within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Order cancellation before the animal has been shipped (subject to a processing/restocking fee).

Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse, allergies, misjudged compatibility, or failure to comply with local animal regulations.


🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Animals that become ill due to improper care, housing, or handling after delivery.
  • Delay in delivery caused by incorrect address, refusal of package, or missed delivery attempts.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery without proper documentation.
  • Unapproved third-party transportation.

📌 Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before the shipping process begins, and a partial refund will be issued minus a 10% administrative/restocking fee.
  • Once an animal has been shipped, the sale is final.
